Luteal phase

The luteal phase describes the period in time between ovulation and next menstruation. Usually it is between 12 and 16 days long, if your cycle is long or short. The average luteal phase is 13 days. If your ovulation is always later (e.g. 12 days) or earlier (e.g. 16 days), you can change the average luteal phase here.
In contrast to most of the other cycle calendars PERIMON newly calculates the luteal phase for every cycle. The value entered on the options page is related to a cycle of 28 days and will be adjusted for longer or shorter cycles.
Please only change this option with care, it will directly affect the predictions about fertility*. Please enter a “0” to return to the standard phase of PERIMON.
